I figured I owned you guys someTHING to showcase that I HAVE been busy doodling away, even though not everything I scribble gets publicized. (That, and as it’s been roughly two months since I last uploaded anything… )

So, who else do I showcase as my latest submission but none other than: Porky Minch! …It’s kind of ironic really, in a sense: The story behind these lines of digital ink is I was bored: To make a long story short, my family arrived for the fireworks show a bit too early, I was very bored, got out my paper and pencil, had a fierce debate between who to scribble, thought, “Fudge this, I’ll doodle Porky Minch just for the heck of it,” and ended up with what you see on your computer screen now. Anyway, seeing as I’ve far too busy these days to upload (or work on) something of real value, I guess this is as close to a Fourth of July picture as you’re going to get from me. (This year, anyway.)

…If I have to say anything at all about these sketches, it would be this: Porky sure is fun to draw. Despite that fact that I really don’t have a fondness for his character (due to *ahem* reasons), there’s just something about him that’s just makes him awesome to draw. That, and his epic theme song from MOTHER 3. (Not the misnamed "Porky’s Theme" in Smash Brothers Brawl, but his actual theme song “Lord Porky’s Theme”: That song just kicks pigs’ butts!) If I had to choose a favorite sketch of him here, I guess it would either be him giving ‘da finger or him in his business suit. Either one; I like both of them.

Oh, and to anyone who would like to color this, go ahead, be my guest. I won’t mind. Just make sure to include a link to the original here in the Artist’s Comments, that’s all I ask of you.
