For :icongasket:, for our Winter Holiday ArtTrade this year. He asked me to draw for him a chibi-fied Pit holding a present that said, "For you."

Well, for the pros about this one, I like how the coloring came out. OMG, Pit's hair looks soooooooooo shiny! Me wants to touch it! :drool: On the downside, his wings look kinda... weird. :omg: Ah, well, at least they still look cute. :shrug: Gah, aside for the present, this doesn't look very Christmassy... -_-

EDIT: I finally got off my incredibly lazy behind and corrected the improper Japanese grammar that ~cocolin very kindly pointed out to me. (Thank you for that and the suggestions, by the way :hug:) I meant to correct it much, much sooner, but what can I say? I'm the laziest slacker in the world. :shrug:

OMG, I hate making the backgrounds in Photoshop. They never turn out like I want them to (with the exception of my drawing of Nana of the Ice Climbers, where the background turned out almost perfectly). Evil Photoshop backgrounds... :frustrated:

Although whenever I imagine Pit from Super Smash Bros. Brawl speaking, he doesn't ever use/say "-icus" at the end of his speeches. (But that's just how I imagine it, so don't let it bother you :shrug:)

Aww, don't feel so bad. I'm sure your drawing skill will improve if you keep at it more. :nod:

Also, about the Japanese sentence I did (in the picture)... did I do okay or did I mess up on it? ^^; My Japanese grammar is really bad, and there's nobody near where I live who could correct my mistakes if I make them, so I have no way of knowing whether I got the sentence right or not. ^^; If it is incorrect, could you please offer any suggestions for what I could use instead? (If you don't have time to answer, then that's okay; I completely understand :nod:)

Although I'm really sorry that I wasn't able to find a way to get the words onto the present (in legible text, at least). I've failed you on that one... :depressed:

Hmm, I still can't really think of something for you to draw... :confused: Hmm, maybe a pic of chibi Link and chibi Pit having a snowball fight? That's all I can think of right now. ^^;
